The Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai Crown Prince His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum took to their official Twitter accounts to send their condolences.
