Rapper, Post Malone's private plane circling for emergency landing after tires blow

Authorities say a plane that blew two tires during takeoff at a small New Jersey airport had to make an emergency landing in New York.

  According to TMZ, one of the 16 passengers on board is rapper Post Malone.
